Tourist attractions of Mehdishahr: Photos

The city of Mehdishahr, also known as Sangsar City, in Iran’s northern province of Semnan has several areas that attract many tourists and nature lovers.

Rudbarak Forest is one of the tourist attractions of Mehdishahr. It is a good destination for nature lovers as it includes waterfalls, springs and caves.

Semnan hot spring, aka Mehdishahr hot springs, is also among the city’s attractions. Its Sulfur water also attracts medical tourists.

Mehdishahr’s attractions also include the protected area of Parvar, Sangesar nomadic museum and Darband Mehdishahr cave, one of Iran’s large limestone caves.
